The Department of Finance and Risk Engineering at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering invites applications for a tenured Associate Professor or Full Professor position in Financial Engineering, with a start date of September 1, 2018. The Department of Finance and Risk Engineering invites applications from candidates in all areas of financial engineering, with particular emphasis on applications to industry. Candidates must have a Ph.D. degree in math, finance computer science, engineering, physics or a related discipline. A distinguished record of scholarship, leadership, curricular innovation, entrepreneurship, and an excellent funding record are desired.
Candidates must demonstrate or show potential for excellence in teaching and mentoring.
