This role requires access to personal Health information. The Resource and Referral Consultants (also called EAP Coordinators) are expected to refer clients to appropriate providers, follow any special contract or client requirements, to be familiar with customer contract deliverables, and to participate in the Complaint Resolution Form process. Information and Referral Consultants are also responsible for educating clients on service deliverables and to promoting the corporate image in both telephone and personal contact. This position may also be responsible for the development and accuracy of the Resource Referral network, using research, investigative, interviewing, and assessment techniques to locate resources of integrity and quality. This position will also coordinate the facilitation of Vendor services. This position is expected to be able to answer a high volume of calls, document information from each call into the computer system and maintain complete discretion and confidentiality. This position is a Telecommuter position after the initial 2 - 3 months of training. Candidates need to reside within 60 miles of the primary office location in Eden Prairie, MN or Lake Oswego, OR
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Public Health, Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or EducationKnowledge of HIPAA RegulationsPrevious experience in a Mental Health related fieldAbility to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, conduct data entry and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneouslyExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & SharePoint. Word - create correspondence and work within templates. Excel - data entry, sort / filter, and work within tables. Outlook - email and calendar management. SharePoint - uploading documents and general navigation.Comfortable with a telecommuting position (this will become a telecommuter position after 2 - 3 months of in - office training.
