Advancement Systems Analyst This position serves as primary application support specialist for the Advancement office systems, which house all alumni, donor, constituent and contribution records for the University. Responsibilities include designing, developing, implementing, testing and revising processes, products, services and systems in support of the Advancement initiatives. These initiatives include donation and membership processing, data integrity and hygiene monitoring and updating, and ad hoc requests for information and services. Specifically, responsibilites include: • Report development, programming, delivery and maintenance for Advancement requests and strategies. This includes working with Advancement departments to establish data needs, create written standards and outline needs for on-going reporting strategies. • Systems maintenance and support. This involves monitoring all systems for inconsistencies and developing and executing efficient procedures to solve data issues and/or updates. • Data integrity, gathering and maintenance. This requires creating and updating scripts for data clean up, data integrity and data loading. Will also monitor data integrity and implement ongoing solutions for updating constituent data. • Standards and processes development. This comprises of assisting the Director of Advancement Operations and other staff in developing data standards and measurements, and adherence thereof.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related field. Two years relational database programming experience, preferably Oracle and SQL development. Understanding of application development environments, in particular data integration, systems administration and business processes analysis. Experience in Microsoft Access and Tableau preferred.
