The Division of General Surgery, Section of Surgical Oncology, at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine is seeking a fellowship-trained board eligible/board certified surgical oncologist interested in an academic career. The candidate must have successfully completed an accredited general surgery residency program and additional training or experience in surgical oncology.
The successful candidate, serving as the Chief, must be committed to teaching, scholarly activity, and excellence in clinical care. Academic track and tenure status is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualification. The surgical oncology program services the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center, Veteran's Administration Medical Center, and the Markey Cancer Center.
