Under the direction of the Compensation Manager, the Senior Compensation Analyst participates in design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies, job evaluation, salary administration, cash incentives and supplemental pay program; leads moderately complex compensation and data analysis projects; provides internal consulting, business partnership and compensation program administration to the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) staff; is responsible for program administration to ensure compensation programs maintain compensation objectives and competitive position in the marketplace; ensures consistency with policies and applicable laws.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; 3-4 years of progressive compensation experience; experience in the design, implementation and use of compensation tools and technology; strong communication skills and the ability to interact with varying levels within the organization; technology proficient to support implementation and ongoing involvement in new platforms; strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and/or Access.
Target Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Annually
