This position is responsible for applying their extensive knowledge of patient experience, continuous process improvement practices, methodologies, project management and change management to develop, coordinate and executive projects and initiatives toward the achievement of organizational goals.REQUIRED: --Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Science, Engineering, Nursing or Clinical field or in a related field from an accredited college or university and/or a combination of education and experience in Healthcare. --Applied knowledge of advanced statistical and analytical techniques and demonstrated success in maintaining an abstraction schedule as well as performing data analysis of outcomes to identify trends and or opportunities for improvement. --Proven project management success in organizing work effectively and meeting given budgets and timeframes. --Exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver challenging messages, as well as, proven proficiency to communicate and effectively lead staff, faculty and senior leadership. --Experience working with regulatory agencies, such as TJC and CMS, to collect and analyze publically reported data according to their guidelines. --Applied knowledge of healthcare delivery, quality improvement best practices and terminology. --Highly proficient in all applications of Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, and PowerPoint analytical software (Minitab and Tableau preferred). --Skills necessary to facilitate problem solving through data based performance improvement teams and workgroups. --Demonstrated analytical and communication (written and oral) skills. --Excellent customer service skills to understand and articulate diverse clients' needs and objectives; manage expectations; and deliver as promised and on time. PREFERRED: --Master's degree in Business, Health Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Behavior/Development or related field from an accredited college or university. --Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) --Lean, Six Sigma, Quality certification. --Work experience in a large Academic Medical Center. --Certifications in coaching, change, individual and organizational assessment, and other related programs.--Certifications in Crucial Conversations, MBTI, FIRO-B, Birkman, Voices 360, or similar programs.Special Requirements --Must be able to work variable schedule to meet the business needs of the department. --THIS POSITION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION, DRUG SCREEN, LIVE SCAN FINGERPRINTING, MEDICAL EVALUATION CLEARANCE, AND FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY ASSESSMENT.
