MSK Bergen , scheduled to open in June 2018, will be a freestanding outpatient facility, located in Montvale, NJ. This site will allow us to offer the most-advanced cancer care services closer to home for patients residing in Northern New Jersey and Orange and Rockland counties.

Able to use specialized knowledge and job-related experience to handle complex work assignments and/or provide guidance to other less experienced staff; may function as a lead worker and/or head project teams (advanced practitioner).
Ensure that proper procedures are in place to ensure patient safety and identify important aspects of care provided by department and develop indicators and criteria to ensure those aspects of care are reviewed and measured every quarter.
Perform Quality Assurance testing ensuring all ACR and FDA guidelines and parameters are met (e.g., phantom images, repeat/reject analysis, film variability).
Work with Medical Physics Department staff, monitor all Quality Assurance programs daily; prepare all documentation and presents data for FDA/MQSA/NYCBRH inspections.
Monitor other relevant service records and documents for compliance with established procedures for Quality Assurance, patient tracking, call backs, and mailings.
Educate, monitor, review all institutional and departmental policies/procedures (e.g., patient confidentiality, waste management, infection control, fire safety) with staff to ensure understanding and compliance.
Perform routine and more complex breast imaging procedures as listed and described in the Memorial Hospital department of Radiology Policy and Procedure Manual.
Assist physicians during Needle Localization and Stereotactic Biopsy procedures; perform nursing duties as needed.
Perform quality control check of imaging equipment per departmental policies and procedures; troubleshoots minor equipment problems.
2-4 Years of Experience Supervision of radiologic practice, including quality assurance and compliance.
Associate's degree/Certified Vocational Training (Either technical vocational or clinical training).
Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
New Jersey Radiologic Technology License.
