The IT Manager is responsible and accountable for all our Information Technology functions throughout the entire organization including all security, hardware, software, EDI, Catalog Management, network access, back-up, storage etc. The IT Manager will be responsible for developing network maintenance and growth plans, creating annual and project budgets, managing the IT staff and keeping the executive team up to date on the latest networking technologies that could help the company to succeed. This role will have senior level visibility and high impact in the company.
•Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, and directs other IT staff when necessary. •Oversees the administration and maintenance of all company computer stations and software. •Implements network security at the level established by the CEO or President. •Interacts with other staff on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner. •Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. •Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. •Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. •Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. •Supports our automotive product catalog including setting the technology direction, implementing it and supporting it. •Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments. •Oversee implementation, maintenance and support for EDI platform and applications, including issue resolution. •Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware, software and IT supplies. •Ensures that company IT assets are maintained responsibly. •Oversees all help IT desk activities and responds to escalated IT help desk issues. •Oversees the administration and maintenance of our all software. •Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary. •Works with project teams to help maintain, implement and improve Internal IT Systems.
