Department Name: H4001:Ambulatory Patient Access Services
In Conjunction with clinic manages, this position will identify , monitor, and report factors and trends (best practices) which may impact on the missions, goals and objectives of Ambulatory Services; analyze and develop responses to these influences. Through the management of units under direct supervision and for the broader ambulatory operations, work with staff and management to establish a culture of service excellence. Work with ambulatory and enterprise leadership to develop and adopt service initiatives that work to improve the overall satisfaction of our patients.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in a high-volume physician's office; have the ability to lead and direct others toward goal setting and attainment, taking into account divergent demands while managing scope and timelines; be well organized; have exceptional communication skills (written & verbal); enjoy working independently as well as closely with their co-workers in a supportive team environment; outstanding computer skills (to include Microsoft Office); above average customer service skills; strong ability to engage and motivate others; active listening skills; and a thorough understanding of resource and employee management.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
Associate's degree and 5-6 years experience in a healthcare, high-volume customer focus position preferred.
