This position will perform advanced financial analysis for the College including budget and trend analysis, managing large and complex budgets within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, including faculty salary lines as well as several departmental budgets. The position will assist the Collegiate Budget Officer with preparation of annual College budget and fiscal year-end closing process. Key duties include:
Analyze financial information and make recommendations for budget preparation in CLAS.
Oversee the preparation of accounting reports for CLAS departments.
Analyze, report, and communicate financial information to department, collegiate, and University management.
Supervise the development, implementation and maintenance of information systems.
Prepare highly specialized reports for the Dean, Associate Deans, and Collegiate Budget Officer.
Oversee the development of financial and statistical analyses.
Develop and deliver training classes on functional topics.
