Greg Facktor & Associates LLC (GFA) is a health care consulting firm servicing the healthcare industry. GFA works with FQHCs/community health centers, hospitals, health plans, medical groups, academic programs, IPAs, and foundations to assure profitable financial modeling, strategic planning and expansion as well as maximization of grant and operational revenue and compliance with regulatory agencies and review bodies.
The Manager will be an integral member of GFA Operations Team. This position will join a highly skilled team of professionals in health care consulting and contribute to the team’s understanding of clinic operations within a FQHC/Community Health Center. This position will participate in consulting projects for current and new GFA clients with the overall goal of ensuring high-quality healthcare is delivered while maintaining a reasonable cost structure and meeting local, state, and federal regulations on behalf of clients.
Perform analysis of data, workflows, policies, and procedures to offer potential solutions to clients in order to improve quality of care, streamline systems, and improve efficiencies.
Identify improvement opportunities to ensure performance objectives are achieved; promote continuous quality improvement processes.
Track and report on project outcomes both internally within GFA and externally to clients.
Determine priorities and methods of completing workload in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage clients in a supportive and professional manner providing guidance, constructive input and positive feedback.
Represent GFA in a good light at all times.
Participate in conferences, workshops, etc., as requested by clients or GFA.
Support team members as needed on projects.
Willingness to learn new topics as needed.
Attend meetings, team huddles and assigned trainings.
Address correspondence in a timely manner, which includes, but is not limited to, email.
Utilize resources to remain informed of organizational communication (i.e., organization newsletter, etc.)
Comply with all company policies, procedures, guidelines, and workflows.
In the event client’s protected health information is accessed, protect data per HIPAA regulations, including, but not limited to, using Vertru in email correspondence.

Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university or related experience
Master’s Degree preferred, but not required
At least three (3) years of professional experience within the healthcare industry, with a minimum of one (1) year of direct clinic operations experience (at a FQHC or FQHC Look-Alike preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, with preferred experience with eClinicalWorks, NextGen, and/or Allscripts)
Knowledge of health payers (Medicaid, Medicare, Family PACT, CPSP, CHDP, etc.)
Demonstrated understanding of the intersection of Section 330 requirements with additional health plan, State, and Federal Regulations preferred
Ability to think strategically with appropriate level of detail analysis to plan and execute
Takes ownership for delivering on commitments; ability to identify strengths and developmental opportunities and leverages insight to make adjustment to improve effectiveness
Adapts to change in a professionally appropriate and thoughtful manner

• Health Insurance – 100 percent premiums paid for medical, dental, and vision for employees and 50 percent of monthly medical premiums for spouse and legal dependents.
