Oversee and direct the academic and administrative operations of a campus in San Antonio for the Conrad N. Hilton College.
Partner with the Associate Deans for class scheduling and for ensuring academic success of students at the San Antonio Campus.
Oversee and direct the student recruitment efforts from community colleges and high schools.
Plans, organizes and directs student enrollment and academic advising for the San Antonio campus.
Develop and advances initiatives to cultivate relationship with local hospitality industry for internships, career opportunities and other student programs.
Partner with the college’s development officer(s) and the Dean to build professional relationships that support development initiatives for the campus.
Build a successful philanthropy program and manage fund raising efforts for the campus and pursue new avenues of support through online, social media, and other new arenas for philanthropy.
Responsible for managing corporate and community relations for the Hilton College –San Antonio campus
Administer the Conrad N Hilton college San Antonio campus, comprised of classrooms, library access, computer access, and study areas.
Administers the University’s and college’s academic guidelines, policies and procedures.
Oversees the operational, financial and managerial activities of San Antonio campus, which includes supervision of its professional and support staff.
Performs other job-related duties as required.
Graduate Degree and 5 Years’ Experience
Requires application of advanced principles, techniques and theory in a professional discipline or highest level of general business knowledge, normally acquired through attainment of a graduate degree or equivalent formal training in a recognized field of specialization that is related to the type of work being performed.
Requires a minimum of five (5) years of job-related experience at the management level.
