Collaborates with the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment to implement strategic recruitment plans to sustain high quality applications and enrollment of New First Year Students (NFYS) and supports strategic plans for underrepresented minorities and women; organizes and facilitates prospective undergraduate student overviews, individual meetings, and tours; serves as the advisor to the student ambassador organization; creates and leads student ambassador calling and writing campaigns for targeted groups of prospective students; researches and applies best practices for utilizing student recruitment staff; hires, trains, and supervises student recruitment staff; collaborates with recruitment director to research, develop, and implement recruitment projects and programs targeting prospective high school juniors, seniors, underrepresented minorities and women for the College of Engineering (COE); provides monthly data detailing conversion and yield from on-campus visit opportunities; partners with recruitment director and marketing team to design and implement communication flow; collects, analyzes and reports enrollment and recruitment data; serves as point person for recruitment pages on website; submits E-Requests and e-travel for recruiting team; travels to and participates in various programs, both in-state and out-of-state.

Master’s Degree in higher education or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; 2-3 years undergraduate recruitment and diversity programming experience; considerable knowledge of higher education administration, recruitment and admissions trends, practices and principles (particularly diversity and inclusion and STEM); expertise in program planning and administration; experience leading teams in and contributing to diverse learning environments; proven experience in marketing, program and event planning, administration, and implementation; excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access); experience with advising student organizations and managing volunteers; highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
Proficient with all enrollment management tools, EMA, SIS, Scarlet & Gray and the university reservation system.
Target Salary: $48,000.00 - $57,000.00 Annually
