The Center for Drug and Alcohol Research is seeking a Patient Relations Assistant.
This individual will respectfully acknowledge, greet patients, and answer phones according to established guidelines.
Will register patients, make appointments, and collect insurance co-pays and fees for services not covered by insurance.
Will schedule follow up appointments. Assist with daily clinic functions including processing mail, ordering supplies and stocking the lab . Process medical records requests.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, basic computer skills, professional demeanor and ability to interact well with the public.

Required License/Registration/Certification :
Some college preferred and four or more years related experience.
