Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experienceMinimum 14 years of experience developing products with 5 years of PM/BA experience5+ year of experience in business/finance analysisPrior experience working either in Healthcare or Insurance Claims processingExperience gathering requirements from the client/business and documentingExperience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes required Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data Working knowledge of relational databases, database structuresExcellent communication skillsSolid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detailExcellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environmentSelf-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision and drive results with disciplined follow-thoughStrong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align people related strategies and recommendations with business objectives.
