The Watson School at Binghamton University (SUNY) seeks a customer-focused, sales-oriented professional for the position of Graduate Recruiter to promote the values and strengths of the Watson School's graduate programs to prospective students.
Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Research and Graduate Studies, and working closely with the International Graduate Recruiter, this graduate student recruiter will assist the Watson School with marketing and promotion of its graduate degree programs. He or she will identify and recruit from engineering, computer science and applied science institutions for promising talent in both U.S. and international markets, by implementing a recruiting strategy that increases the diversity, quality, and overall graduate enrollment of the Watson School.

Strategic, tactical, and operational planning and participation in recruitment trips and activities for Watson faculty and staff including:
Research and identify target markets and recruiting venues, analyze trends and assess effectiveness of recruitment events
