The Markey Cancer Center is in search of an Administrative Support Associate II to be an assistant to the Leadership Team of the Early Therapeutics Clinical Trials/Precision Medicine Center.
Responsibilities will include managing the Outlook calendar, ensure accurate and timely communication and scheduling for the Director. Coordinate appointments, meeting requests and correspondence. Make travel arrangements, order supplies for the Early Phase Clinical Trials Center/Phase I Unit and the Director's lab.
Prepare purchase documents for IBU processing. Ensure documents (procards, travel, PRDs, etc.) are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Track and manage spending on lab accounts.
Will also serve as the front line interface for the Precision Medicine Center, interface with the Molecular Tumor Board, Precision Medicine Clinic, MCCRN, the Early Phase Clinical Trials Center, and the MCC-Clinical Research Organization.
Will also answer, analyze, and direct requests/visitors in competent manner. Requires in-depth knowledge of cancer center structure and organization.
Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Outlook, Excel and Word; professionalism, excellent communication and customer service skills.

Bachelor’s degree plus 5-6 years of related experience managing an Outlook calendar, serving as a liaison and some accounting experience.
