An opportunity has arisen for a Social Housing and Trust Administrator to join the Trust Team and administer and maintain the Facilities help in Trust.
Your key responsibilities will be
* Monitor and maintain the Security Trustee property database - Quarterly Property Reconciliations with over 300 RSL's - New Property Charging for over 30 Financial Institutions - Update database with changes * Valuation Monitoring - Maintain the Valuation reporting tool - Reconcile Valuation Reports in accordance with the Loan Documentation - Agree details with Valuers and RSL and upload final data * Managing effective communications with internal and external clients - Correspond with various entities including Banks, Lawyers, Investors, Valuers and RSL's * Assist with the Trustee Admin correspondence system - Process requests according to Facility requirements when required - Ensure Targets and Deadlines are being met * General Administration and ad hoc work as required by the business
What we are looking for
We are looking for you to have a passion for working in the Social Housing Sector with knowledge of property, development and asset management.
You will show confidence in dealing with people at all levels both internally and externally along with being able to build and maintain effective relationships in a team environment.
You will need strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and software packages and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. It is important for you to have the ability to work on own initiative and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines. It is essential for you to have solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
