Partners with System Recruiting to complete the onboarding experience for newly hired candidates providing closure to all required pre-employment paperwork, scanning and integration into EHR, coordination of Orientation, entity access and integration at the entity level. Duties include coordination of entity Orientation and new hire attendance tracking.

Three years office/clerical experience with at least one year Human Resources experience
Knowledge of healthcare operations preferred. Organized, self-starter.
Comfortable in public speaking and presentation situations
POSITION DUTIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, INCLUDE % OF TIME)
Provides human resources integration for new associates providing orientation, paperwork and integration activities.
Supports the organizations’ mission and vision, and adheres to the Associate Standards of Behavior.
Coordinates the new hire process for assigned areas.
Demonstrates ability to adapt to changing priorities within the department and organization.
Demonstrates ‘Value Analysis’ decision making, dealing with people with diplomacy and sensitivity.
Coordinates the associate name badge and security systems.
Maintains and promotes open communication, both written and verbal, with all members of the healthcare team and the community.
Demonstrates a commitment to individual, staff, departmental and institutional growth and development.
Actively participates in departmental staff meetings.
Responsible for providing human resources expertise or support for compliance or regulatory, licensing bodies, and governmental codes and laws, including JCAHO, OIG standards, city, county, state and federal agencies, including those pertaining to preventing patient and/or employee discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, handicap, age, fraud and abuse.
Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
