REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS • Appreciation and understanding of The Masters School mission and values and the ability to articulate them clearly and authentically; • Minimum of 3-5 years fundraising experience with demonstrated success raising five- and six-figure gifts; • Demonstrated experience building, maintaining and cultivating long-term relationships with major-gift level donors; • Ability to take initiative and a creative, thoughtful approach to prospect management; • Experience and solid working knowledge of planned giving vehicles; • Excellent verbal and communication skills, with a careful attention to detail; • Strong organizational and planning skills; • Proficiency with digital presentations, Microsoft Office Suite of products, and Raiser's Edge; • Bachelor’s degree; • Valid driver's license and passport; • Experience working at an educational institution or similar is a plus.
