Responsible for the day-to-day management of evaluation.
Coordinates participant recruitment and data collection with project staff.
Conducts participant recruitment into the evaluation, data collection and participant tracking.
Ensures human subject's compliance through the University of Missouri-Kansas City Institutional Review Board.
Conducts data entry, management, and analyses; develops reports; and assists with writing presentations and manuscripts for publication.

Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to participate in cohesive work groups while also able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to work well with a variety of individuals with diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
Detail oriented, organized and able to keep orderly records.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Some knowledge of SPSS or other statistical programs.
Education: Advanced undergraduate or Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, public health, education, health services, public policy or other related field.
At least one year of research/program evaluation experience.
