This position is responsible for advising and collaborating with key decision makers across ITG and OHSU partners to formulate roadmaps and recommendations for Digital Identity processes to support on-going Identity Management needs, and oversee the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future solutions related to Identity Management and access provisioning. This position is responsible for providing leadership to Digital Identity staff. This is a position that involves excellent communication and teamwork skills and measures results as perceived from customers. The level of customer satisfaction measures the success of this unit. The Digital Identity Manager is responsible for team development and training. Ensuring continued opportunities for training is critical to the success of this unit. The Manager is responsible for working with employees to create individual development paths and ensuring adherence to standards. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field and 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service focused work environment. OR ; Associate's degree in computer science or related field and 4 years of supervisory experience in a customer service focused work environment. At least 8 years of experience working in the Information Technology field, with 2 of those years working in Digital Identity and Access Management.
Significant organizational and management skills, specifically within a large organization.
IT project/program management experience.
Experience in complex technology environments, including hands-on experience in direct customer support.
