Position Description: The Department of Pharmacy Practice in the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at The University of Toledo will be interviewing for a 12-month, non-tenure track position, with an option to convert to tenure track, rank commensurate with experience. This position will be primarily responsible for developing a clinical practice in either Oncology, Internal Medicine (inpatient practice), or Drug Information. Primary teaching responsibilities include the precepting of IPPE and APPE pharmacy students and classroom instruction aligned with the candidate’s discipline. Professional and service activities to the Pharmacy Practice Department and College will also be an expectation of this position. Completion of a residency in internal medicine, oncology, or drug information or clinical practice experience in these areas as well as education experience is preferred.
Required or desired credentials or experience of applicants: Earned PharmD degree with at least a PGY1 residency is required, PGY2 residency preferred or fellowship training optional. Must be eligible for licensure in Ohio.
