The GME Data and Quality Coordinator is responsible for maintaining high quality in the data managed by the GME office.
Responsibilities include: data entry and quality oversight of resident certification data, including licensure, DEA, and NPI. Processing all paperwork related to participating site agreements and overseeing expirations of these agreements. Systematic review of program level data entry to quality assurance, including schedules and leave time for residents, which directly affect Medicare reimbursement for the hospital.
Monthly quality reports and meetings with the GME Director and Institutional Coordinator to develop priorities for programmatic education.
Analysis of program and institutional level data for quality improvement needs. Development and data entry for quality improvement dashboards.
Excel, Visio, Residency Management System (such as MedHub)
