Candidate will manage and provide support to School of Nursing faculty members and Department Manager, operating daily at a high level of independence while performing the following duties and responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between faculty, staff, departments, and outside agencies while assisting with the coordination, submission, and implementation of grant awards.
Maintain high level of confidentiality of data and student information while providing coursework support.
Become a proficient user of software and online programs used in the School of Nursing, such as ExamSoft, UBLearns, hUB, Adobe Pro, SharePoint, PowerPoint, internal Access databases, and the Intranet.
Anticipate recurring work assignments and independently initiate appropriate processes and procedures.
Initiate and submit expenditure requests for departmental budget and monitor assigned faculty reimbursements.
Manage and order the school's inventory of office, printing, and clinical lab supplies, maintaining stock room and facilitating required maintenance.
Work collaboratively with faculty to edit, update, and distribute syllabi, reference letters, agendas, meeting minutes, handbook, and grading.
Provide professional support to meetings and speaking engagements, coordinating the scheduling, minute taking, distribution of agendas, and catering of School of Nursing programs as needed.
Manage and prioritize all faculty inbound/outbound mail and package shipments and deliveries.
Collect information regarding faculty publications and presentations.
Provide customer service in a professional and personable demeanor with the ability to follow-up on issues requiring further attention.
Handle special projects as assigned and respond to changing dynamics and requirements.

Associate’s degree and two to three years of relevant experience. Experience with Microsoft Office required.
