Education: Pharm.D. from College of Pharmacy Accredited by American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy or equivalent clinical experience (to be evaluated on individual basis). PGY1 Residency and completion of a Specialty Residency (PGY2) in Infectious Diseases.
Experience: Two years of pharmacy practice experience preferred. Board Certification preferred.
Training: Professional degree and education.
License: State of Florida Department of Professional Regulation, Registered Pharmacist License
Other: Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team.

Lee Health is a 5 hospital system with an outpatient Regional Cancer Center. Currently there are over 1400 beds handling Acute Care, Rehab, NICU Levels II and III, Level 2 Adult Cardiovascular Service, Primary Stroke Service, and a Level 2 Trauma Center.
