Nursery Alliance Coordinator, Arkansas Children's Hospital, Little Rock, Arkansas
Arkansas Children’s Hospital operates the state’s only designated Level IV NICU (104 beds), the highest level of acute care, and has access to pediatric specialists from all disciplines. The Nursery Alliance Coordinator works in collaboration with the assigned medical director, clinical team(s), along with ACH administrative and strategic planning teams to identify opportunities for neonatal partnerships in the community and to plan, implement, evaluate and enhance patient care activities which improve neonatal clinical outcomes for patients cared for by ACH affiliated nurseries across the state.
Minimum Requirements: •Bachelor's degree of Nursing •National certification in neonatal nursing •5 years total experience: which includes 4 years of relevant clinical experience working with high risk newborns •Arkansas or compact state RN license required upon hire

A sister campus, Arkansas Children’s Northwest, is under development in Springdale and will bring 233,613 square feet of inpatient beds, emergency care, clinic rooms and diagnostic services to children in that corner of the state.
