Ensure quality and compliance as Interim Manager of Central Sterile with a medical center in Charlottesville, Virginia
The Interim Manager of Central Sterile will maintain operations for a department consisting of 60 FTEs, serving 30 OR’s and 12 outpatient suites
Reviewing standards of practice within the department, the Interim Manager will assess processes in order to ensure quality and compliance
Bachelor’s degree required
Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) required

Each interim healthcare executive job has different travel requirements. Your travel, lodging and business expenses are covered by B. E. Smith and the client.
In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
