Position Focus Manager Nursing Operations
Provide oversight of 4 FTEs and promotes safe and effective patient care based on best practices.
Identify professional development opportunities for staff and encourages staff to achieve their maximum potential through mentoring.
Supervise the patient transfer process by assessing metrics, evaluating key data, workflows and responding to requests for audio review and follow up.
Work alongside physician and nursing leadership to enhance patient transfer workflows and develop effective solutions to arising challenges.

Live in a quiet location ideal for families with leading schools, breathtaking natural scenery, mountain bike riding and other great recreational activities; also has great access to larger metro areas.
At least 5 years RN experience and 3 years within an ED / ICU setting required.
Comprehensive experience in a high acuity environment with strong nursing leadership, sound clinical judgement and critical thinking.
Previous experience in emergency preparedness preferred.
