Duty 1: Provide training support for eCOE procurement system implementations and operations
Responsible for the creation and updates of system and process training materials, guides and videos
Provide training support to multiple campuses through varied delivery methods, to include, live training, individualized support, guides and videos and other resources
Able to manage all training materials and create updates or additional materials as necessary. Create training material repository for external users and maintain all internal training documents and files
Prepare and update eCOE communications
Plan and execute the eCOE Communications plan
Participate in various eCOE projects to coordinate a project communications plan
Identify stakeholder needs
Utilize technology to enhance communication opportunities and learn more about how users are interacting with eCOE materials Function:Training and Communication Percent: 50
Duty 2: Track and resolve Tier-1 and 2 questions and tickets from UC campuses, UC Partners (CSU and UC Health) and suppliers who are using Sourcing, Contract, Supplier Management and eProcurement applications
Provide timely, friendly, and accurate responses to questions and issues from suppliers and system-wide users
Guide supplier community through site access and sourcing event completion activities in time sensitive situations
Analyze and address functional and technical application issues and determine the problem category: user error, configuration error, system defect, or other
Monitor production application performance, workflow, systems integration activity, audit reports, and error management queues to ensure that all applications are running as expected
Create and maintain a report of open, unresolved application defects
Execute testing and validation scripts in support of application and system integration changes
Execute workflow and site configuration changes to various parts of the Registration, Sourcing, Contract, and eProcurement applications
Create and maintain technical systems documentation including process flow diagrams and integrated application triggers, rules, and structures
Format, upload, and troubleshoot catalog and item data files in various UC eCommerce sites
Perform testing of supplier purchase order and invoice integrations with various suppliers
Audit data quality of supplier catalogs and report poor quality of item descriptions, supporting data, images, and links Function:Operational Support Percent: 35
Duty 3: Be able to facilitate and document team meetings
Provide direct support to the eCOE team as needed
