The four month long Princeton Stadium Supervisor(s) will assist in the daily operation and management of the Princeton Stadium Bubble during evening hours and weekends that will include approximately 10-30 hours a week. The position(s) will report to both the Assistant Director and Operations Manager of Jadwin/Caldwell Sport Complex.
Assist the Assistant Director and Operations Manager in the oversight of the Princeton Stadium Bubble.
Responsible for the opening and closing of the facility.
Work the front entry welcome desk controlling access to the facility.
Enforce all policies and procedures of the facility to minimize risk and maximize the well-being of all groups.
Coordinate the set-up for the various groups utilizing the facilities. This involves moving of cones, small goal and sporting equipment.
Represent the athletic department in a professional manner.
Interact with patrons of the facility and resolve customer complaints/concerns.
Be a positive resource of information for the department of athletics and the university community.
Be familiar with the athletic facilities, athletic schedules and coaches/staff.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Adhere to Ivy League, ECAC, EIVA, EIWA and NCAA rules and regulations.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to be resourceful and resolve problems.
Possess a high degree of responsibility and accountability.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
High School degree or equivalent.
Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Six months - one year of experience in a customer service field.
Field lining experience.
