Provides oversight of all junior faculty processes - appointment, reappointment, title change, courtesy appointment, recruitment and searches for all hospital/clinical and program in biology faculty actions (approximately 1900/year). Provide support for the Interfolio recruitment/information management system. Manage division faculty tuition aid program. Oversee faculty VISA requirement processes. Ad-hoc administrative support to BMFA (supply ordering, assist with website updates, event support, maintenance of BMFA and clinical affairs budget).
Bachelorâ™s degree (preferred) and 3-5 years of closely related experience in an institution of higher education or equivalent combination of education/experience
