The Research Associate/COM position in the shared resource facility is responsible for recruitment, enrollment, and retention of patients in research studies conducted in healthcare and community settings. This includes ensuring that IRB and research protocols are obtained and maintained during the study process.
This position also involves documenting and managing of study data, and preparing reports of information for the principal investigators and community partners.
This position will work collaboratively with other research assistants, principal investigators, clinicians, clinical staff, community partners/stakeholders and data management positions to optimize resources and provide the highest level of teamwork for the research studies.
Microsoft Office Suite, communication, data management, organizational, and collaborative skills.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
Knowledge of clinical research plus Master’s degree plus 2 years related experience preferred. Human subject research in clinical or community settings or healthcare preferred.
