Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, quantitatively-focused social sciences, or other quantitative fields4+ years of experience performing analysis on healthcare claims and/or identifying overpayments2+ years of experience working with large and varying data sets, applying qualitative and quantitative analysis to interpret the data1+ years of staff management experienceIntermediate proficiency in programming languages and experience developing automated solutions and applications (.NET, C# or the like) Intermediate proficiency working with Relational Database (MS SQL)Understanding and experience of software development best practicesFoundational proficiency in other statistical programs such as Python or R, and business intelligence tools such as TableauAdvanced proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioPreferred Qualifications: Master's Degree Experience working with "Big Data"Careers with Optum.
