The selected candidate should have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with major coursework in public administration, finance and budgeting, economic development, business administration, or other related fields. A master’s degree is strongly preferred. A minimum of ten years of progressively responsible management experience is required, including relevant senior level managerial or administrative responsibility.
