Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 2+ years' experience managing a team of reporting analysts 7+ years of analytics experience, including 2+ years of healthcare analytics experience (e.g. claims, clinical and membership data) Experience working with cross-functional teams Proficiency with SQL and RDBMS like Oracle Proficiency working with MS Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, lists, statistical functions etc.Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree Knowledge of Microstrategy or Crystal Reporting tool Experience with Medicaid dataCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
