This position leads, instructs, directs, and checks the work of other software developers using full technical knowledge and thorough understanding of business application of the project. This role provides technical supervision to and oversees the work of junior staff. The Lead Developer guides and advises stakeholders on best practices for implementing or enhancing system. This role works with management to design high-level system integrations involving in-house development or off-the-shelf products. This position assess architectural impact of projects on overall system and make recommendations to manager.

Responds to customer inquiries via phone, online, in-person, etc.
Develops and implements procedures for data security, management and compliance.
Creates and maintains code documentation.
Grants system access to new user.
Delivers system presentation and overview.
Collaborates with cross-team assets to create project timeline and assign tasks and deliverables.
Identifies resources needed for future projects.
Represents project in absence of manager.
Gathers and analyzes requirements; develops solutions/programs/reports, and implements technology.
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.
Meets with business analyst/stakeholder to determine requirements, gives input on prioritization.
Collaborate son development best practices and standards with development teams across the institution.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree in a major such as computer science, information technology, or related; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications: (Education and experience)
A solid understanding of core DevOps concepts. With exposure to working across the complete stack, including front end, backend, web services and database layers.
Experience in Cloud based deployments with Azure, AWS or other cloud platforms.
Academically conversant with Continuous Integration practices and tools such as Jenkins or other CI tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders including senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate details and impacts of complex proposed software solutions.
Strong planning and organizational skills with critical attention to detail and creative problem solving skills.
Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach others.
Experienced in migrating ASP.NET applications and MS SQL databases to Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Microsoft C#, .NET Framework, and Microsoft Visual Studio.
Experience with Microsoft Entity Framework.
Experience with Microsoft ASP.NET MVC and Web API.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with Python and Django.
Technical and functional experience with Salesforce.com, performing tasks such as: security settings, workflow rules, custom object creation, reports, and dashboards.
Experienced in integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce.
