Position: Dynamic Pricing Coordinator A The Dynamic Pricing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Dynamic Pricing Manager with the day-to-day operations of the dynamic pricing programs. The Coordinator will provide operational support and coordination across internal departments within Elevate Energy to deliver high quality dynamic pricing programs to utility customers.
The Dynamic Pricing Coordinator reports directly to the Dynamic Pricing Sr Manager.
Construct weekly metrics reports based on client input and distribute to internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate weekly internal meetings to track progress of program deliverables
Provide support for development of client relationship by assisting with meeting preparation, written updates, and attending meetings at utility offices.
Coordinate participant true ups and the resolution of individual participant account issues with participants and partners.
Support high price alert system to meet program requirements and appropriately engage program participants.
Support the development and coordination of the annual customer satisfaction surveys for program participants.
Develop content and coordinate annual reports for programs based on client and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and administer file exchanges between Elevate Energy and program partners to meet defined parameters for success.
Support program financial management.
Assist marketing efforts to grow program enrollments to meet defined goals.
Assist customer outreach initiatives to reach or maintain expected customer retention levels.
Support feedback and general coordination with internal call center to improve and assist with program offerings and processes.
Administer and/or coordinate Salesforce operations to support program enrollment, participant outreach, and overall customer communications.
Perform feasibility research for new program initiatives and project manage new initiatives when assigned.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in energy and/or environmental sciences required.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and client engagements.
Excellent writing and public speaking skills required.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with high degree of accuracy.
Excellent organization skills are needed.
Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
Experience working on utility programs is preferred.
