Reporting to Director of Yale Shared Services, the Senior Business Data Analyst is responsible for creating and overseeing internal KPI development and metrics reporting; external scorecard build and reporting; developing & maintaining costing models for YSS Services; annual benchmarking review; pre/post ROI analysis for all process/unit onboarding projects; resource capacity modeling; and ongoing performance monitoring. Employing data analytics to identify areas to target for performance improvement, the Senior Business Data Analyst is responsible for identification of continuous improvement opportunities and to make recommendations for policy, process and procedure improvements. The position is highly analytical but expected to have a service focus, effectively communicating with and managing the expectations of all stakeholders.
