The Athletic Department at Dean College is currently looking for a full-time head women’s soccer coach. This individual leads all aspects of the women’s soccer program including but not limited to: ability to relate to student-athletes, compliance with NCAA policies and regulations, daily coaching, practice preparation, individualized instruction, game planning, strength and conditioning, fundraising, scouting, film exchange, community engagement, camps and clinics, and other duties as assigned by Director of Athletics. This individual should also be a dynamic recruiter of qualified student-athletes. The Dean College Athletics Department is a Provisional Division III member of the NCAA and competes as a member of the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC).
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Competitive collegiate playing experience, or similar preferred. Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Self-starter and ability to multi-task with attention to detail. Excellent computer skills. Ability to provide skill instruction and leadership.
