Reports to: Assistant Vice President, Enrollment Management
This hybrid position serves both as an admissions recruiter and financial aid counselor for new students. The incumbent represents Lindenwood University to prospective students and organizations and works to increase inquiries and convert applications into enrolled students. In addition, this position provides financial aid services to new students.
Required Qualifications – Required qualifications to effectively perform the job. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. (Additional requirements may be designated by position.)
Bachelor’s degree required
Extensive experience in recruiting, management, sales and/or knowledge of higher education required.
3-5 years of experience in customer service required.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience working with students preferred.

Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to multi-task with a great level of attention to detail.
Must have strong professional integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Must be goal oriented and intrinsically motivated with superior customer service and networking skills.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, and to arrange information sessions, set appointments and promote the College in a positive manner.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members, faculty, students, alumni, administrators and staff.
Well-developed presentation skills.
