We are: The Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Office of Continuing Medical Education (MSK CME) sponsors a range of activities including courses directed primarily at non-staff physicians, which may offer hands-on skill training, and regularly scheduled conferences directed to specific groups of specialists on the MSK staff, and offered to the MSK regional networks through video-conferencing technology. The Office of CME works with faculty course directors on all parts of the planning, logistics and accreditation of these courses.
We are seeking an Office Assistant to support the development, preparation and execution of CME programming across MSK.
Support the development, preparation and execution of CME live courses, as well as the administration of Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) courses.
Provide administrative support for the CME program, including answering phones, managing the general office mailbox and fax machine, and processing registration and commercial support payments.
Provide onsite support at CME courses, assist with set-up and troubleshoot issues with registrants. Candidate must be available to attend all CME live courses.
Serve as the principal administrative resource for the Office of CME.

Bachelors degree preferred in healthcare, business administration of finance related field
Some work experience in program/financial management, experience with federal grant regulations is strongly preferred
Proven competency in budget preparation, program planning and grant management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
