Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Manager-SPBD.
In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for supporting the SVP, Sr. Director and Director of Business Development with the development and implementation of internal strategic projects. Responsible for all projects involving business plan development for new ventures and existing system; feasibility analysis; financial analysis and reporting; finance-related information systems analysis; and financial projections
Develops comprehensive business plans.
Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Prepares financial, operational, market, demand and demographic reports.
Helps prepare and manage budgets.
Tracks all expenses and reconciling charges to accounts.
Trains staff on internal data systems and practices.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a Master’s Degree in healthcare or business administration or a related field and at least 2 years progressive experience in an administrative or strategic planning role, preferably in a healthcare environment. Experience with financial modeling and management is crucial. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to success
Preferred Qualifications: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio, as well as reporting modules such as DSS preferred
