Reporting to the Vice-President of Human Resources, the HR Specialist position is a critical resource for the HR Employee/Labor Relations team. This position functions as a primary point of contact for various client groups in matters related to employee relations, employment, etc. The HR Specialist provides high- level support to the HR generalists with HR communications, process workflows, employee documentation, performance management, leaves, recruitment, etc.

Required Qualification Summary:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in working in an office environment, preferably in human resources
Experience and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of computer programs, i.e., Word, Excel, Access, Power point, Google Apps
