Compounding, Palliative Care & Hospice, Information Services
Dartmouth-Hitchcock is seeking Clinical Pharmacist Leads to join our Compounding, Palliative Care and Hospice Information Services teams. Candidates will collaborate with managers and teams in order to lead and organize systems for safe and effective initiatives.
Graduate of an ACPE – accredited School of Pharmacy.
1 year of combined clinical pharmacy/specialty and/or residency experience required.
Pharm D preferred.
Must have demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision, with the ability to set priorities and make critical decisions.
Effective oral and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated interpersonal and team skills essential.
Current NH licensure required.
