This individual will manage the vendor relationships, act as a Subject Matter Expert, and drive performance at the site and across the Vendor's locationsCoordinate, supervise and accountable for the daily / weekly / monthly activities of vendorsSet priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, such as: Quality, Adherence, Service Level and AHTCoordinate work activities with other departmentsIdentify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgmentProvide coaching and feedback to team membersProvide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and / or providersManage and accountable for professional employees and / or supervisorsFoster and maintain a collaborative relationship with internal and external business partners to ensure customer satisfactionWork with business partners to identify ways to improve business processContribute to the attainment of call center key performance indicators, and manage performance associated with eachPlay a leadership role by in influencing action plans to drive / improve vendor performanceServe as a Subject Matter Expert
