Position Description (Payments and Deposit Team Lead) Effectively supervise and manage the Deposit team section. Work closely with AOC BACI (India) to ensure all account opening/maintenance, check processing are executed correctly daily.
Comply with Local regulations/ Intl regulations essential (AML, OFAC, FX Law etc.)
Review/adjust/perform ORM testing programs.
Review documents for new account opening and check whether those are appropriately prepared. Ensure all required documents are in place.
Ensure all signatures are verified / authenticity is checked for all customersf requests.
Ensure setups in DAS are made accurately as requested by customer.
Verify/Approve Time Deposit transactions in GBS system.
Ensure to mail bank statements in timely manner.
Authorize AOC BACI to settle O/D interests on D/F Bank & Branch accounts.
Execute National tax payment in timely manner.
Co-ordinate Service Charge review (DAS-210) on the annual basis.
Work on any other projects assigned by the Manager.
Ensure to prepare reports to the authorities.
Ensure appropriate handling of outgoing/incoming clearing items.
Ability to manage team member and monitor their performance
High communication skill, especially for discussing with internal staff related to account opening
Basic KYC knowledge
Trying to making their process flow much efficient and effective
Mind set of cut off time, but not surrendering to time pressure
Multi tasks performer
