A Project Management role within the Group Operations Solutions Delivery team, focusing on delivering projects within the Control & Risk Group. You will be responsible for effectively leading a project book of work, including financial management, business analysis, business partner management, and ultimately the delivery of technology and business process changes that benefit Credit Suisse. You will contribute to and prepare for monthly steering boards, stream lead meetings You will work on Project Controls – financials, risk management, resource management You are responsible for project communications across the organization including key senior partners You can ensure all projects are delivered following a structured methodology, on time & on budget You will run multiple projects within Access Control in the Control & Risk Group portfolio You will deliver agreed scope at expected quality on time and budget or raise Change Request appropriately You will Ensure the solution being delivered by the project aligns with CTO and Bank strategy and raise risks, issues and/or change request if measures indicate that the solution is likely to underachieve the stated performance goals You will follow the CS standard methodologies, where applicable and finish the required project management work and artifacts You will report status (progress vs. plan, issues, risks etc.) on projects in-line with program guidelines and timelines, and provide full visibility of the project to the partners In this role you will coordinate and collaborate with IT, Operations globally

List qualifications, skills and experience expected of you.
Minimum of 3-5 years as a project manager, business analyst or relevant industry experience Broad cross-product and financial sector knowledge Risk and Control experience Strong written and social communication skills Attested ability to work in a team environment, and develop and handle relationships Strong attention to detail, excellent documentation skills Validated business analysis skills, including requirements documentation and cause/effect identification Attested project coordination skills, including business partner and financial management Experience leading all phases of a system development project lifecycle, including user testing Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies Confident and self-motivated individual with a dedicated approach Strong time management skills; Confirmed ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a pressurized team / environment Ability to learn new technology applications and process techniques quickly Project management qualifications (e.g. PMP) a plus
