Must have a minimum of 2 years of independent agency customer service experience. Ability to market/re-market multiple lines of business with multiple standard carriers is a necessity. Will need to work independently - with the agency's clients, sales team, prospects, and our primary standard carriers (Selective, Travelers, Utica, Harleysville, The Hartford, Chubb, Progressive, Mapfre, Mercury, Plymouth Rock, C N A, Harford, Nationwide, etc.). Local resident with territorial familiarity preferred. Proficiency in Agency Management System 360 (AMS) or similar software would be helpful. Must have good computer/data entry skills overall.
