The Director for Campus Services oversees the Bookstore and Book Rental operations, the campus Electronic Access process, the CatCard operation, the drink-vending contract, the Auxiliary Assessment Funding process, technical support for Campus Services' operations, and acts as an assistant to the AVC of Campus Services in managing Dining, in addition to executing several key Dining/vending support functions. Position has daily direct supervision of all CatCard activity, the Electronic Access Coordinator, the Director of the Bookstore; joint supervision of a dedicated IT support position; all budget creation/management for Bookstore, Dining, CatCard, and Electronic Access management; guidance of all business systems management, maintenance, and related purchases; guidance of all business practices and related policy development; and supervision of the electronic access maintenance contract. Below is a breakdown of the primary job functions as anticipated.
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Management, or related field with 3-5 years of progressive relevant experience.
Masters degree in Business, Information Systems, Public Affairs, Student Personnel Administration, Higher Education, Counseling or related field and 4-6 years of progressive experience in a higher education auxiliary environment.
